How long does it take from start to finish?

On average, most projects can be completed and ready for submission to your local building department in 60 days or less! DL Bekker Drafting will take the following steps (including engaging the services of Engineers, Truss Companies and Title 24 Associates from the Associates page if/when necessary):

Travel to you for design meeting;

Draft plans per design meeting;

Retain engineer for structural drafting and calculations;

Retain truss company for relative truss calculations;

Provide final draft of plans and truss calculations to engineer for wet stamp and signature;

Obtain a Title-24 report (California Energy Calculation Report) if required; and,

Provide three (3) sets each of: signed blueprints; stamped engineering calculations; stamped truss compliance letters; truss calculations; and, Title-24 reports.
